München - Stuttgart - Berlin - Wien und viele andere Städte:

Betrug mit angeblichen Luxus-Mietwohnungen!

Du suchst eine (gerne möblierte) Mietwohnung und findest auf bekannten Portalen wie immobilienscout.de oder bazar.at Angebote für augenscheinlich sehr luxuriös ausgestattete Objekte in Bestlagen der jeweiligen Städte zu unglaublich attraktiven Mietpreisen? Die Überschrift lautet meistens so ähnlich wie Luxus Wohnung 2 SCHLAFZIMMER..?

Das Inserat stammt von jemandem, der angeblich gerade als Forscher eines Pharmaunternehmens (oder wegen eines anderen Jobs) im Ausland weilt? Dieser angebliche Vermieter macht Dir (in einer englisch geschriebenen netten Mail eines Freemail-Absenders) blitzschnell nach der ersten Kontaktaufnahme den Vorschlag, Dir die Schlüssel zur ersten Besichtigung mit TNT oder einem anderen Versand zukommen zu lassen - allerdings hätte er gerne eine Mail mit ein paar persönlichen Angaben von Dir und schliesslich eine "kleine Sicherheit" zuvor überwiesen? Achtung: Es handelt sich um einen derzeit offenbar sehr gängigen BETRUG!

Ärgerlicherweise geht es nicht nur darum, Dir vorab eine Kaution aus der Tasche zu ziehen, sondern bereits Deine im Anschreiben eventuell bekannt gegebenen persönlichen Daten werden in der Folge gerne verwendet, um damit diese Betrugsmasche weiter fortzusetzen. Daher auf allzu verlockende Angebote für Luxus-Mietobjekte zu augenscheinlich viel zu niedrigen Mieten erst gar nicht antworten! Mehr hier:

First of all , I want to tell you that if you are ready to proceed with this transaction I will need to inform you the steps about how this service works
You will have 2 days to inspect the apartment before your final decision to rent . I will pay the shipping costs.


This is how they work :



1) I will make the delivery papers at TNT Global Air Express . After that I will send you a copy of my passport .(For my secure please send me your passport )

Wie ich feststellen mußte ist Ihre Wohnung nicht mehr in der Angabe Bazar vetreten.
Scheinbar ist sie schon vermietet.
Muß mich daher anderwertig umsehen

You seem to be a very nice person and I can assure you we will not have any problems .Like I have inform you before, the price you shall pay for 1 month of rent will be 450 euro and i want aslo one month guarantee deposit 450 euro ( the guarantee deposit 450 euro you will receive back when you leave the apartment ), with no extra taxes to pay. The money, I want to revive it monthly to my bank account, so I hope it will be no problem for you to wire the money .

Of course you will have to see the apartment before discussing further details . I am willing to send you the keys so you can visit it and see it suits your needs.The delivery for the keys and viewing permit (signed by me), will be made with TNT Global Air Express to make sure that we can trust each other.
I will explain the procedure if you are interested so please email me as soon as you read this message because I really need to take care of this matter.

Die Vorgangsweise ist offenbar bis heute exakt die gleiche geblieben, der von Dir gemailte Antworttext vom 16.04.2012 ist völlig unverändert derselbe Text, der vor einem Jahr von einem anderen Absender bereits verwendet wurde!

Es gilt weiterhin: Niemals auf Angebote eingehen, wenn ein angeblicher Vermieter keinen persönlichen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren will - und grundsätzlich die angebliche Miete schon deutlich niedriger ist als ortsüblich wäre.

bei uns war der Aufreiser "Dachterassenwohnung 2 Schlafzimmer" auf bazar.at.

auch ein sehr netter herr, der blöderweise nach london umgezogen ist und dringends einen neuen mieter für seine eigentumswohnung sucht.
in seinen emails sprach er von freundschaftlichem Umgang, vertrauensvoll,....Save GOOOGLE!!!!!
bei uns hat er auch wieder genau den gleichen Text wie von jinosaji vom 17.4. verwendet.

danke, dass es diese seite gibt - sonst wären wir jetzt um mehrere euro ärmer!

About myself, I am 37 years and as I told you I am a researcher in pharmaceutical products, currently living
in London, my home town .
You can move in the apartment in the same day when you receive the keys. The only issue is that I am
already in United Kingdom but I hope that together we are going to find a solution.
